Cape Town is my favourite kiteboarding spot in the world, and many kiters come down here to ride hard and fly high. This season I am focusing on coaching sessions for intermediate to advanced riders.

• Theory

• Gear prep, warming up, riding together

• Personal coaching 

• Wrap up and video analysing
